Customized Plans

Together, we work to determine the best course of action for you. Whether you are recovering from a recent injury, chronic condition, want to help your child strengthen their fine/sensory motor skills, or are taking preventative action to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we’ll find what works best.

My services incorporate mindfulness-based stress reduction; yoga & physical movement; occupational therapy; and personalized health & wellness coaching.

I have worked with clients and patients from 6 months old to 90+, so I keenly understand the need for customization. I provide telehealth options for all services, and provide in-person services for clients in the Portland, OR area.


Health & Wellness Coaching

Coaching is a client-centered, relationship-based process that encourages the co-creation of responsible, self-directed, proactive health planning to facilitate lasting change. Through health & wellness coaching, we make sure you are no longer a passive recipient of prescribed health interventions, and are a true owner of your health planning. Coaching helps you manage chronic conditions; drive healthy sleeping habits; stimulate weight loss or gain; promote smoking cessation; and manage stress; among many other health and lifestyle goals.

Yoga Instruction

Physical movement is paramount for recovery. Its combination with breathing and meditation techniques is even better. I focus on yoga and mindfulness, with particular emphasis in yoga for stress reduction and physical rehabilitation.

 

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy (OT) teaches you how to adapt and take charge of pain, injury, illness, or disabilities that just make everyday activities hard. This can include things at work, at school, while traveling, or in your own home. I help you come up with ways to control your movements so you can take care of yourself and get back to enjoying day-to-day life.
