  • So many people fall into specific diet fads, attempt crash diets, and engage in health behaviors that can be unsustainable, and do more harm than good to a body.

    As a National Board (NBHWC) Certified Health Coach, I partner with you to create habits that are sustainable and realistic to your busy lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed and to actually reach your health goals once and for all.

    Rather than getting a prescribed diet or fitness plan, you are getting individualized strategies that focus on your specific needs.

    NBHWC Certified Health Coaches are trained in a number of different areas related to health such as nutrition guidelines and research, behavior change patterns, and physical activity to give you a well-rounded way to make positive, lasting changes to your lifestyle.

    I also am a licensed Occupational Therapist and certified Yoga Instructor, which allows me to incorporate movement, meditation, and mindfulness into my coaching as well.

  • Occupational therapy (OT) teaches you how to adapt and take charge of pain, injury, illness, or disabilities that just make everyday activities hard. This can include things at work, at school, while traveling, or in your own home. I help you come up with ways to control your movements so you can take care of yourself.

  • Regardless of whether your health goal is to lose a certain amount of weight, get better sleep, lose the brain fog, increase energy, or any other issue that is getting in the way of your day to day life, a Health Coach can definitely benefit you. With the vast knowledge base a Health Coach has, you are in the hands of a professional who wants to help you find the best solutions to your health struggles.

    With a Health Coach, you are also receiving individualized attention. You have someone by your side, listening to you, as you implement, alter, and adapt these new health habits you are trying to put in place. I’ll be in your corner, cheering you on, as we work together to get your day-to-day life the best it can be!

  • In addition to being a NBHWC-certified Health & Wellness Coach, I am also an Occupational Therapist and Yoga Instructor, which allows me to incorporate movement, meditation, and mindful into my coaching plans in personalized ways. Some people like to focus more on yoga and movement, while others might want to think more about diet and meditation.

  • All ages! Particularly for Occupational Therapy, I have worked with 6 month old babies, while also working with their 90+ year old great grandparents!

  • Absolutely! I provide services over video visits and in-person services to clients in the Portland, Oregon area.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time. Please reach out to learn more about rates, and how we may be able to work together to find a plan that works for your budget.
